Planning to get documents notarized? Please know that ALL signers MUST be physically there before the Notary Public. This is the single most important rule, and here is why we can never make an exception:

Our job is to confirm two things:
- Identity: We must physically verify that the person signing matches the name in the document. This is done using a valid, government-issued ID. This prevents impersonators from forging your signature on documents like deeds or Power of Attorney forms.
- Willingness: We must visually confirm the signer is acting willingly and is not being coerced or pressured to sign.
A document notarized without every signer available is legally invalid. It exposes the real signer to massive financial and legal risks.
