Pricing

Base Service: $35, includes the service fee and up to one notarization.

Extra Notarization: $15 each, per WAC 308-30-220

We offer professional mobile notary services for clients in specialized environments throughout Benton and Franklin Counties.

These appointments need extra coordination, security clearances, and administrative check-ins. We handle these visits with the utmost discretion, ensuring a smooth experience for families and facility staff alike.

We offer on-site services for:

Pricing

• Base Service Fee: $100 (Covers travel, administration, and facility check-in time)
• Notarization: $15 per signature (According to Washington State WAC 308-30-020)
• Waiting/Extra Time: $15 (per 15 minutes)

Important: The $100 Base Service Fee is due at the time of the appointment. It is non-refundable after the notary has traveled to the facility.

This fee covers the time and logistical effort required for the visit, even if the notarization can’t be completed (e.g., due to signer incapacity or lack of ID).

Estate Documents

Planning for the future requires trusted, professional notarization. We provide dedicated mobile and in-office notarization for estate planning packages — handled with care, discretion, and precision.

Pricing

• Estate Document Package: $200 — Includes travel, up to 3–4 notarizations, and witness coordination.
• Complex or Multi-Document Packages: Starting at $250+ — Call or email for a custom quote based on your package needs.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

A deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
