- Notarization: $15 per signature (According to Washington State WAC 308-30-020)
- Waiting/Extra Time: $15 (per 15 minutes)
Important: The $100 Base Service Fee is due at the time of the appointment. It is non-refundable after the notary has traveled to the facility.
This fee covers the time and logistical effort required for the visit, even if the notarization can’t be completed (e.g., due to signer incapacity or lack of ID).
